As a Resident with a permanent home at Bit-O-Heaven, I understand that I am responsible for the lawn mowing, trimming, and weeding at my site all year round.
We have a lawn cutting service that will be taking care of our common areas. If you choose to use this same lawn service, the cost will be $25 per month. This service includes cutting, edge and blowing of grass. This service does not include weed pulling, fertilizer and/or bug spraying. Please Fill out this form completely to set up your lawn maintenance program with our office. Payments will be accepted at our community office and must be paid up front for all months.

If you fail to maintain your lawn and/or site, in the sole opinion of Management, a notice (or phone call/email) will be issued (or made) to correct the problem within 48 hours (weather permitting). Management will take a before picture as proof of the issue. If the issue is not corrected, management has the right to do a penalty cut or weed treatment on your home at a price of $50, which will then be collectible as rent. Please don’t make this necessary. Tenant will be responsible for any incidental damage done by BOH’s maintenance staff or cutting crew, while maintaining the site. I.e., flying rocks or debris, as you are responsible for keeping debris, rocks, etc. out of the lawn area.
Note: Not all sites are completely concrete, thus, you are still responsible for maintaining any weeds/grass that grow around the edges, patio stones and behind your home and the aforementioned penalty cut fee will apply if we must take care of it for you.
